You might think there’s no fun things to do in Boston since Boston is one of the oldest cities in the USA. So much culture and history is crammed into this city that you cannot miss an opportunity to visit. The famous Boston Tea Party and Boston Massacre occurred during the city\u2019s toughest times, but Boston rose up from the ashes and became the great city we know today. The New England cuisine is delicious and satisfying. The thick Boston accent has been mimicked and teased throughout Hollywood for years, thanks to Boston bred actors Ben Affleck and Matt Damon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are unsure of what to do\nwhen you get to Boston, check out this list below of fun things to do in\nBoston. Once you leave this city, you are going to want to come visit again! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Go to Red Sox game<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you are in Boston during baseball season then you need to\ngo to a Red Sox game. It is not enough to watch the game on tv, you should be\nsitting in the Green Monster section at Fenway Park. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Visit Faneuil Hall Marketplace<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Faneuil Hall has been functioning as a marketplace since the\nmid 18th<\/sup> century. Today you can find food stands and shops along the\nlength of the marketplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Go on a jog along the Charles River<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You gotta love that dirty\nwater<\/em> as Rock band, The Standells, once sang. While the Charles River is\nnot the cleanest water to swim in, you can join the hundreds of joggers that\npass by this river each day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Go on a shopping spree on Newbury St. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Newbury St. is lined with shops, restaurants, spas and\ncaf\u00e9s. Treat yourself to a little shopping spree and get the latest fashion\ntrends from store like Urban Outfitters and The Northface. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Visit the Boston Public Library<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Boston Public Library was the first free library to open\nits door to the public. Take advantage of your rights and check out the books\nand art in this library. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Take a walk in Boston Common<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Boston Commons is the starting and ending point for many of Boston\u2019s outdoor events. If you are visiting during the Holiday season<\/a>, then you should watch the Christmas tree lighting ceremony. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Eat a cannoli from Modern Pastry in the North End<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Going on a swan boat ride is such a romantic thing to do as you are in Boston. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This restaurant at the top of the Prudential Center may break the bank, but the food is very delicious that you will want to order dessert as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A sunset cruise around Boston Harbor is a great way to spend\nyour evening in this amazing city. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

18. Go ice skating at Frog Pond<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Depending on the time of year that you visit, Frog Pond may be opened or closed. If this pond is open, it is a necessity for you to go ice skating if you’re looking for some fun things to do in Boson. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Waterfront in Boston is home to many amazing restaurants. But these restaurants don’t draw customers on their own, the view of the waterfront is what draws people in. 20. Visit the Museum of Science<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

21. Visit the home of Paul Revere<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Paul Revere lived in the section of Boston today known as the North End. Paul lived in this home Between the Revolutionary war. His home is known to be the oldest house in Downtown Boston. It is now considered a National Landmark and tourists are welcome to visit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

22. Eat a bowl of clam chowder<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
