Many people throughout the country know someone who has been or is in the military. By visiting the Veterans Café&Grille, you can give something back to the community. Upon entering this café, you will notice hundreds to veteran memorabilia hanging from the walls. This a great place to honor our veterans and fallen heroes.

The Wonderworks museum is a great place to bring your children. They can visit the imagination lab and the physical challenge zone. You and your family can also experience the 6-D Extreme Motion Ride Theater.
16. Check out the Splashes Oceanfront Water Park
During the hot summer days, plan a trip to this water park. This is the only water park that has a great oceanfront view. There is a children’s area, super slides and a lazy river. This park is not open all year round, so check your travel dates before heading to the park.

The Brookgreen Garden hosts an annual 2-day art festival that features new and veteran artists to showcase their work. You can plan a breakfast with family and enjoy a special guest visit from the local butterflies.
